Your guarantee covers your repairs for the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle and this is typically longer than a manufacture warranty. All parts fitted during the repair will carry the standard manufacturer's warranty.

How often is the hub updated?

Every time your repair progresses the hub will be updated and we'll send your a text or email to let you know.

How do I activate my guarantee?

Your certificate will be ready within 12 hours of your vehicle being collected and will be available in your hub. We'll send you an email or text to let you know when it's ready.

What if there's a problem with my repair?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your repair you should contact your repairer. Their details will be on your certificate.

When can I provide feedback?

Once your repair's complete your survey will be available in your hub. We'll send you a text or email to let you know once it's there - don't forget to check your communication preferences to make sure you'll get this message.

What if my vehicle's written off or is a total loss?

If this happens, your insurer will get in touch to go through the next steps and your repairer will contact you to arrange the return of the courtesy car.
